These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 100bet ("100bet," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 100bet online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the platform.

By completing the registration process, logging into your 100bet account, making a deposit, or placing any bet on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to all users of the 100bet platform, regardless of how they access it — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other interface.

These Terms should be read alongside the 100bet Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 100bet. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and use the 100bet platform, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines, and 100bet strictly enforces this requirement.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other non-individual legal persons are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gambling under the laws of your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in your location before registering.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of 100bet, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the 100bet platform for any reason.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person when registering or placing bets.

To access the full range of 100bet services, you must register a player account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active 100bet account. If 100bet detects that a player holds multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — all duplicate accounts will be closed, and any balances or bonuses associated with those accounts may be forfeited without notice.

Know Your Customer (KYC): As part of our compliance obligations, 100bet may require you to complete a KYC verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary. KYC documents typically include:

• A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, driver's license, or PhilSys national ID)
• Proof of address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., a screenshot of your GCash or PayMaya account showing your registered name)

Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or the closure of your account. 100bet processes KYC documents in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 100bet username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 100bet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to keep your credentials secure.

All financial transactions on the 100bet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). 100bet supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank online banking transfers. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at 100bet's discretion.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.
• Deposits are generally credited to your 100bet account within minutes of confirmation from the payment provider.
• 100bet does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• 100bet reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that it reasonably suspects is connected to fraudulent activity or money laundering.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱500.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the account holder.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to KYC verification status.
• 100bet reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements outlined in Section 5.

100bet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for that promotion only.

General bonus rules that apply to all 100bet promotions unless otherwise stated:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Time Limits: All bonuses have an expiry date. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the stated time limit will be forfeited automatically.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games, bingo, and racing may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are listed in each promotion's terms.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may only hold one active bonus at a time unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonus Abuse: 100bet reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings if it determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, or colluding with other players.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible players only. 100bet reserves the right to exclude any player from any promotion at its sole discretion.

All bets placed on 100bet are subject to the specific rules of the game or market being wagered on. These rules are accessible within each game or betting market on the platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by the 100bet system, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details before confirming.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Each game and betting market on 100bet has its own minimum and maximum stake limits, which are displayed within the game interface. 100bet reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.
• Technical Errors: In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or software fault that affects the outcome of a game or bet, 100bet reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. 100bet's decision in such matters is final.
• Disconnection Policy: If your internet connection is interrupted during a game session, 100bet's server-side records will be used to determine the outcome of any in-progress bets. 100bet is not responsible for losses resulting from player-side connectivity issues.
• RNG Certification: All random number generator (RNG)-based games on 100bet use certified RNG technology. Return-to-player (RTP) rates for each game are available within the game information panel.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100bet platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the platform
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the 100bet platform or its software
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 100bet staff or other players
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other means to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location

All content on the 100bet platform — including but not limited to the website design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software, trademarks, and service marks — is the exclusive intellectual property of 100bet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 100bet platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the 100bet platform without prior written consent
• Use the 100bet name, logo, or branding in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without written authorisation
• Create derivative works based on any 100bet content or software
• Use any data mining, scraping, or similar data extraction tools on the platform

Any unauthorised use of 100bet intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the 100bet platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at the email address provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 100bet shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling outcomes
• Loss of data or account information due to technical failures
• Interruption or unavailability of the platform due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials
• Any reliance on information or content published on the 100bet platform

100bet makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or that any particular game outcome will meet your expectations. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 100bet's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

100bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising the potential harm associated with problem gambling. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, all of which are accessible directly from your 100bet account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and can only be reduced — not increased — without a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set a maximum session duration. 100bet will notify you when your time limit has been reached.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Take a temporary break from the platform for a defined period (e.g., 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the 100bet platform. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place bets. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic pop-up notifications that display how long you have been playing and how much you have wagered during your current session.

100bet strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement in line with Philippine gambling regulations administered by PAGCOR. 100bet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Provision of false or misleading personal information
• Holding multiple accounts in violation of the one-account policy
• Engaging in prohibited conduct as described in Section 7
• At the player's own request (voluntary closure)
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant

Dormant Accounts: A dormant account is one that has had no login activity for 12 or more consecutive months. 100bet will notify you by email before classifying your account as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to an inactivity fee of up to ₱50 per month, deducted from the account balance, until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. To reactivate a dormant account, simply log in and complete any required re-verification steps.

Voluntary Closure: You may request the closure of your 100bet account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

100bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 100bet will notify registered players via email and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.

Your continued use of the 100bet platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes to these Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. 100bet recommends bookmarking this page and checking it regularly, particularly before making deposits or claiming new promotions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Dispute Resolution Process: Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with 100bet informally by contacting our customer support team. 100bet will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 14 business days of receiving a formal written complaint.

Complaints: If you are not satisfied with the outcome of an informal dispute resolution attempt, you may submit a formal written complaint to 100bet at the contact details provided in Section 14. 100bet will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 business days and provide a final response within 28 business days.

100bet operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Players who believe that 100bet has acted in breach of its regulatory obligations may also raise concerns with the relevant Philippine regulatory authority.
